Concord Group Insurance Wins Overall Excellence Award From PIANH

PIANH President Lisa Nolan, CPCU presented the award to Day and said “The Concord Group ranked among New Hampshire’s top carriers in several categories, including:  competitive pricing; clear, honest communication with its agents; responsiveness; resolving issues quickly; accuracy in service and processing; and for its customer service.”  Day thanked the agents for recognizing Concord Group’s outstanding service across the Company’s operations.

Nolan added about Concord Group Insurance “We commend them as a strong partner in providing insureds throughout our state with coverage that gives them confidence.”  Day was delighted with the remarks because she says it “serves to reinforce to our policyholders that they have made a wise choice to secure their financial well-being with our Company which provides excellent products and has a caring, dedicated staff to deliver outstanding service.”

Day went on to say “I wish to express my gratitude to the Employees, Officers and Directors whose spirit and commitment helped make this award possible.”
