Concord Group offers a glass program that will allow you to choose among many independent glass shops. Your Agent or the Claims Office can provide a list of the shops in your local area that are currently doing business with us. We do pay claims based on competitive pricing. But, you always have the right to repair or replace glass at any shop you choose. However, if that shop doesn’t fall within competitive guidelines you may be responsible to pay the difference. We are more than willing to work with any glass shop in an effort to reach a competitive price. Our goal is to improve glass claims service. If necessary, we will establish competitive pricing by contacting three glass shops in your local area to determine the price they would provide to you for repairs/replacement. The average price of the three shops will be used as a competitive price guideline.
