The most important thing you can do after a Loss is to report it to us. You may do so by either contacting your Agent or by calling our Claims Office directly. If reporting to our Claims Office, please call the office for the state where your policy was written at the phone number noted above. To assist us in promptly handling your Claim, be sure to provide a day and night phone number where you can be reached.

It is a condition of the policy that we subtract your Deductible from the amount of your Claim. You should pay the Deductible amount to the repair shop. When we subrogate against the responsible party, we will include your Deductible. Once we have recovered from the responsible party, we will reimburse your Deductible amount to you.
