Claims Adjuster, Berlin VT

This position involves the investigation, evaluation and settlement of claims involving Physical Damage and/or BI, and Medical Payments.

Qualifications for this position are:

• VT adjusters license
• College degree preferred
• Excellent understanding and skill level of claim handling and customer service
• Knowledge of policy contracts, insurance laws, regulations and the legal environment in which we operate
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work extra hours when the workload requires
• Ability to be on the telephone and/or computer for extended periods of time    
• 2-5 years of claims handling experience preferred, but willing to train right candidate
• Proficient in PC windows environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
