Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
This is a highly responsible, customer support position servicing property and casualty Insurance Agents and Insured’s with information relating
to policies to include billing, payment, coverage information, and system training. Successful candidates will exercise initiative, resourcefulness,
good judgment, and tact in answering and determining correct course of action. This individual must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
work independently and in a team environment, and handle multiple tasks with numerous interruptions.
Duties/Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Varied, multifaceted work of a comprehensive, detailed, and difficult nature
- Incoming customer related calls
- Various daily and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Insurance knowledge required with licensing preferred
- Excellent telephone skills with a pleasant and personable phone voice
- Excellent attendance record
- Organized
- Must have a good positive and professional attitude
- Able to perform basic math calculations such as multiplication, division and percentages
- Typing/Keyboard at 60wpm

Subrogation Adjuster, Home Office
Job Summary:
Responsible for handling recoveries in accordance with established procedures to maximize recovery opportunities and meet pre-set goals.
Duties Include:
- Review and assess incoming subrogation files
- Prepare information package to support demand for payment
- Negotiate settlements with adverse carriers
- Negotiate settlements with uninsured operators; establish and monitor payment plans
- Monitor files placed in Collections or with Recovery Counsel
- Prepare files for Arbitration
- Post Recoveries
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Licensed Adjuster
- College degree or commensurate insurance experience
- 3-5 years of progressive experience handling Personal lines subrogation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must be highly organized with ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of a paperless file system a plus

Computer Operator
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following:
- Run computer programs to process data in a timely and efficient manner
- Print, verify and distribute various forms of output media
- Maintain an accurate log of the tasks performed and the results
- Perform nightly system backups
- Insures a satisfactory supply of paper and storage media is available for use
- Ability to diagnose and resolve general technical issues that would prevent the operations tasks from being completing
- Ability to work additional hours as required to complete the scheduled tasks
- Maintain system documentation
Qualifications Include:
- Associate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Working knowledge of computer operations, system programs, system utilities, printers and tape backup devices
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and Office programs

Support Specialist I
Job Summary: Primary responsibility is to provide remote Help Desk support of network and desktop hardware,
software and other agreed to end-user specific products. Serves as the interface between the end-user community
(both internal and external) and the IS support staff.
Duties:
- Functions as the primary point of contact for all end-user Help Desk calls
- Logs and diagnoses all calls to the Help Desk including problems, issues, and service requests
- Provide initial problem call research and direct to the appropriate resource if a resolution can not be attained
- Apply logic in prioritizing issues and escalate to the next level when necessary
- Keep the users informed of the progress being made on their issues when an immediate resolution is not available
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED, supplemented with technical, vocational or college level course work in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Two years experience in the Information Technology field, including work in a service capacity
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of Windows 9X, NT, 2000, XP, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Active Directory and other proprietary systems in a networked environment
- Must be able to communicate with individuals of varying backgrounds and technology knowledge
- Must be professional, possess good written and oral communication skills, and be comfortable with in person and on the phone discussions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
- Must be a quick learner and have excellent listening skills to be able to effectively work with users having issues
- Must have the ability to multitask and be able to function in a fast paced environment

Claims Adjuster, Berlin, Vermont
This position involves the investigation, evaluation and settlement of claims.
Qualifications
- NH & VT adjusters licenses preferred
- College degree preferred
- Excellent understanding and skill level of claim handling and customer service
- Ability to meet continuing education requirements for licensing purposes
- Knowledge of policy contracts, insurance laws, regulations and the legal environment in which we operate
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work extra hours when the workload requires
- Ability to be on the telephone and/or computer for extended periods of time
- Applicants should have a minimum of 2-5 years experience handling Claims
- Commercial Liability experience including knowledge of CGL coverage form a plus
- Proficient in PC windows environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

and scripts, as needed. Analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance and other duties involved with the system
development life cycle, as may be assigned. Follow the system development methodology for projects
Experience
At least 3 years coding experience with Microsoft .NET technologies; at least 3 years coding experience with C# language;
and additional years of coding experience with other languages in a distributed architecture.
Property and casualty insurance or financial services industry experience preferred
