Processing

When you call our Claims Office you will be greeted by our Automated Call Distribution telephone system. Please listen carefully to the menu choices and then make the appropriate selection. Your call will then be directed to a person who can help you. When reporting a new loss, most times the person you are directed to will be the Adjuster who will handle your claim. This helps to streamline the entire claims handling process.

If you are calling for the status of a loss that has already been reported, you will be directed to an available person that will assist you.

Concord Group utilizes a state of the art paperless claims system to handle most of your personal auto and homeowner claims. Anyone in our Claims Office can look at your claim on his or her computer when you call and offer immediate assistance. We have a team of experienced people that work together to provide excellent claim handling service for you.

If you suffer an emergency type of loss, such as a fire to your home which has left it unlivable, and it is after normal business hours, use our 24 Hour Emergency Loss Reporting Service. You can reach the Service by calling your Claims Office at the phone number noted above. The phone system will prompt you to leave a message. After you leave a message in our Emergency Message Box our “On Call” Adjuster is notified and will call you back.

In situations that are not an emergency, you also have the ability to leave a message after hours. Simply call the Claims Office and follow the prompt to leave a non-emergency message. You will get a call back the following business day.
