Reporting

The most important thing you can do after a loss is to report it to us. You may do so by either contacting your Agent or by calling our Claims Office directly. If reporting to our Claims Office, please call the office for the state where your policy was written at the phone number noted above. To assist us in promptly handling your claim, be sure to provide a day and night phone number where you can be reached.

Our normal business hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
