Policy Documents Now Available Online

Concord Group is pleased to announce that most policyholders can now make real-time inquiries to their policies and print automobile insurance ID cards.  The new service is available for policy numbers beginning with "1" or "0". 

Policyholders will need three pieces of information to create an online inquiry account; your policy number, an online access number and your mailing address zip code.  The "Online Access #" is found at the top of the Declarations page and directly under the Agent code on the invoice statement. 

Contact your independent agent or Concord Group if you have difficulty locating the Online Access number.
