Credit or ATM

Bill Payment with Credit/ATM Card or Check

To make a payment with a credit or ATM debit card, have the following information ready:

  • Your policy number located on your statement
  • The dollar amount you wish to pay
  • The credit or ATM debit number on the front of your card
  • Three digit security code on the back of your card
  • Month/Year expiration date
  • Zip code where the card statement is mailed
  • Pen and paper to write down the confirmation number

To make a payment with a checking account, have the following information ready: (if paying by a credit union checking account please see below)

  • Your policy number located on your statement
  • The dollar amount you wish to pay
  • The routing number and checking account number. The routing number is the 9-digit identifier that is located between two symbols on the bottom left-hand side of the check. Your checking account number immediately follows your bank’s routing number as the second set of numbers (see illustration)

  • Credit Union Check Payers: If you experience difficulty processing your payment on this site please verify with your credit union the proper “check routing number” because some credit unions do not follow federal bank routing number protocol which can prevent your check payment from processing.
  • Pen and paper to write down the confirmation number

Payment Confirmation

Upon completion of your payment transaction, a payment confirmation number will be provided. All payments will be applied to your policy account on the business day following your transaction.
