Claims Reporting

The most important thing you can do after a Loss is to report it to us. You may do so by either contacting your Agent or by calling our Claims Office directly. If reporting to our Claims Office, please call the office for the state where your policy was written at the phone number noted above. To assist us in promptly handling your Claim, be sure to provide a day and night phone number where you can be reached.

If you suffer an emergency type of Loss, such as a fire to your home which has left it unlivable, and it is after normal business hours, use our 24 Hour Emergency Loss Reporting Service. You can reach the Service by calling one of our Claims Office at the phone number noted above. The phone system will prompt you to leave a message. After you leave a message in our Emergency Message Box our “On Call” Adjuster is notified and will call you back.

If you have a glass Claim and choose to repair instead of replace your windshield, Concord Group will waive your Comprehensive Deductible. Repairing is well worth considering. So, save your Deductible by having your windshield repaired. Not only is it fast and convenient, but also most glass shops guarantee repairs and, if not, Concord Group will provide the guarantee you deserve.

In an effort to fight fraud and keep your insurance premiums down, Concord Group has a Special Investigation Unit, which is responsible for investigating suspicious claims. The Unit is comprised of experienced and knowledgeable investigators who work very hard to protect your Premium dollars.
