Concord, NH – January 9, 2023 – The Concord Group Insurance Companies recently announced the unanimous appointment of Michael W. Percy, CPCU, AIM, AIC as its newest member to the Board of Directors.

Beginning his career in 1993 as a Claims Adjuster in The Concord Group’s Vermont office, Percy was most recently promoted to Vice President of Field Operations in 2022 where he oversees the company’s Claims and Field Marketing Departments.
