The Concord Group has been selected as the 2020 Company of the Year by the Maine Insurance Agents Association (MIAA). Each year, the Young Agents Association administers a survey to all MIAA members that rates insurance companies based on specific service criteria including company relations, product delivery, superior service, and fair claims settlement.

The North American Insurance Alliance (NAIA) honored The Concord Group as its 2019 Large Company of the Year. Businesses are selected based on, but not limited to, perceived ease of doing business, claim satisfaction, working relationship between agents and NAIA, and a demonstrated partnership with NAIA by fostering strong relationships that carry over to member agencies.
