The Concord Group Insurance Companies is pleased to announce Bailey Lallier was selected by The Standard Magazine, as a 2024 Women in New England Insurance honoree. The Standard is an insurance publication focused on news information for insurance agents, brokers, and risk professionals across New England.

The Salute to Women in New England Insurance recognition, highlighted within a special issue of The Standard, celebrates exceptional women within the industry for their accomplishments, expertise, leadership, and potential.

“Bailey joined The Concord Group last year as Director of Underwriting and has made an immediate and significant impact not only in Underwriting, but more broadly across our organization,” said Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for The Concord Group Mike Nolin. “We couldn’t be happier to have Bailey as a member of our senior leadership group and for her much deserved recognition from The Standard.”

Bailey began her career with Auto-Owners Insurance as an Associate Underwriter, advancing to a number of roles with increasing responsibility. She served as the Regional Director of Auto-Owners’ Little Rock Region prior to joining The Concord Group. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Appalachian State University in North Carolina, and has also earned the Associate in Underwriting and Associate in Insurance designations.
